Founder

Nate is the craftsman at the core of CCP. Raised in the construction trades and shaped by 20+ years of hands-on concrete experience, he brings a depth of knowledge to every project that’s genuinely hard to find. He’s not an owner who manages from a distance—Nate is active on nearly every job, making real-time decisions that protect quality and keep work on schedule.

His approach is straightforward: do it right, communicate clearly, and don’t leave until the client is satisfied. That standard is non-negotiable at CCP—because it starts at the top.

Tyler Kuhn

Co-Founder & Business Operations

Tyler brings the business side of CCP to life. With a degree in business management and six years of construction field experience, he bridges the gap between professional operations and hands-on project work. He handles the client relationships, estimates, scheduling, and the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps CCP running smoothly.

As Nate’s brother-in-law and business partner, Tyler shares the same commitment to quality and the same frustration with industry shortcuts. He’s the reason CCP operates with the professionalism of a larger firm while maintaining the accountability of a family-run business

The experience that built CCP came from years of working the trade from the ground up—learning the craft hands-on, project after project, and developing a deep appreciation for what separates work that truly lasts from work that merely looks finished.
